The event was attended by Yılmaz Okuklu, President of Okuklu Holding; Kazım Qurbanov, President of the Azerbaijan National Sports Federation; Seymur Qurbanov, Secretary General; and Samir Abdullayev, Vice President. Additionally, Emil Rəhimov, President of the World Alpaqut Federation; Vasif Namazov, Chairman of the Board; and Fərid Əlizadə, Board Member, also gave speeches.
