The State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan has launched mandatory artificial intelligence trainings aimed at developing the digital skills of its employees.

The trainings, organized by the ASAN Innovative Development Center, have been conducted in Baku, Shusha, and Salyan to date, and are being gradually continued in other regions.

The main goal is to ensure employees' effective use of artificial intelligence tools in their daily and business activities, optimize work processes, increase the speed and quality of decision-making, and develop skills aligned with digital transformation processes.

Within the framework of the program, up to 5500 employees operating within the Agency's structure are planned to be gradually involved in these trainings. Employees participating in the trainings acquire knowledge and skills in the practical application of artificial intelligence tools, effective data management, content creation, and automation of work processes.

This initiative is being implemented as a continuation of the priorities defined in the "Strategy for the Development of Artificial Intelligence in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2025–2028" document, signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, on March 19, 2025.

"ASAN xidmət" has identified human capital development as one of its main priorities within its approach that supports innovative development. By providing employees with new knowledge and skills aligned with modern challenges, it contributes to enhancing the quality of public services and continuously increasing citizen satisfaction.
