The evaluation process for the first calls by "ASAN xidmət"'s "ASAN AI Hub" platform has been completed.
Within the framework of the calls, 17 innovative solutions were submitted. Based on the results of the initial evaluation stage, the 2 participants with the highest scores for each call qualified for the next stage. In the final stage, the winners for each call were determined.
The winners of the call on the topic "AI-based 'Buy Now, Pay Later' (BNPL) risk assessment and product matching system for the Agrarian Trade Platform" are Sanan Jafarov and Khayal Ahmadov, while Zumrud Ismayilova and Asiman Ismayilova were selected for the call "YONCA: AI-based daily farm planner – a prototype working without data".
The winning teams were awarded a prize of 1000 AZN.
The first calls were announced in cooperation with "Digital Umbrella".
It should be recalled that the goal of "ASAN AI Hub", an open innovation platform, is to bring together researchers, government agencies, the private sector, and individual users operating in the field of artificial intelligence in Azerbaijan within a single digital environment. The platform promotes an open innovation model, strengthening effective cooperation between government, business, and academia.
Real technological problems are openly announced on the platform. Students, academics, entrepreneurs, as well as public organizations, get the opportunity to compete for the prize fund by submitting their solutions.
