Scientists from King's College London investigated the effect of coffee consumption on the biological aging process in a study involving 436 individuals. It was found that individuals who drink 3–4 cups of coffee daily have longer telomeres, which are indicators of cellular aging. This suggests that these individuals age more slowly at a cellular level.

The editorial office reports that the study results revealed that the biological age of coffee lovers is lower compared to those who do not consume caffeine. Scientists associate longer telomere length with healthier cell division and a slower aging process.

Experts state that although caffeine has certain health benefits, its excessive use is not recommended. They emphasize that a balanced diet and moderate coffee consumption have a positive effect on the overall condition of the body.

Researchers added that the results are based on observations made at the cellular level, and studies on coffee's effects on various bodily functions will continue.
