A person living in the US is facing charges related to a death threat against the country's Attorney General, Pam Bondi. Redaksiya reports that 30-year-old Tyler Avalos, a resident of Minnesota, is accused of making a death threat against US Attorney General Pam Bondi. Information regarding this is reflected in documents submitted to the federal court. Avalos, in a post published on the TikTok platform, targeted Bondi's photo with a "sniper-scope" and promised a $45,000 reward for her death. The post also included the phrase "Dead or alive (preferably dead)."
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) investigated this post and determined that the account belonged to Avalos. As noted in court documents, the post also contained a phrase like "what to do when they don't serve us?" The FBI also claims that Avalos's account is linked to anarchism. Avalos has a prior criminal record. In 2022, he was convicted of stalking in Minnesota, and in 2016, he was accused of domestic violence. Additionally, in 2016, he was convicted of third-degree domestic violence in Florida. Avalos appeared before a federal judge in Minneapolis earlier this month and was released on personal recognizance.
