Azerbaijan remains a supporter of dialogue and common progress within the CIS.
This was stated by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov on his "X" account.
Sharing information about his participation in the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) in Dushanbe, the minister noted that he reaffirmed Azerbaijan's commitment to strengthening cooperation in cultural, economic, and other fields within the CIS:
"I emphasized the successful holding of the III CIS Games, Lachin's status as the CIS Cultural Capital in 2025, growing trade relations, and the necessity of joint action against terrorism and transnational crime," he said.
