The presentation date for Xiaomi's new Redmi Turbo 5 and Turbo 5 Max smartphone models has been announced. These devices will be officially unveiled on January 29th. Based on the company's pre-launch posts, the phones will come in orange and white color options and will feature flat edges as well as slim bezels.

The Turbo 5 Max, on the other hand, will likely be built on a 6.83-inch 120 Hz OLED display and a MediaTek Dimensity 9500s processor. While the Max model is claimed to be equipped with a 9000 mAh battery with 100W charging support, the standard model will carry a 7560 mAh battery with 100W wired and 27W reverse wireless charging support.
The introduction of these new smartphones aims to increase Xiaomi's market share and secure a stronger position in the competition.
