Redaksiya reports that approximately 20% of individuals returning to Ukraine are leaving the country again. This information was provided by Vladimir Paniotto, Director General of the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS). According to him, this is due to the ongoing war, the economic situation, and security concerns. Paniotto noted that some of those returning to the country are doing so temporarily, while others are leaving Ukraine for permanent residence elsewhere.
