A life jacket belonging to one of the passengers of the "Titanic" ship has been sold at auction for £530,000 (approximately $715,000).
This was announced by the auction house "Henry Aldridge & Son".
The life jacket belonged to first-class passenger Laura Mabel Francatelli, and she wore it when boarding one of the lifeboats during the disaster.
The item was put up for sale after being kept in the family for many years.(APA)
