Starting this February, Tesla's "Full Self-Driving" (FSD) autopilot system will only be accessible through a subscription model.
This was announced by the company's CEO, American entrepreneur Elon Musk, on his "X" social media account.
Musk noted that Tesla will stop selling FSD after February 14th. After this date, FSD will only be available through a monthly subscription.
According to the company, it is currently possible to purchase the system for $8,000 or subscribe monthly for $99. However, Musk did not specify the price of the new subscription.
