On August 3, around 10 PM, an armed incident that occurred in Tartar district due to personal reasons was prevented by police officers.
The Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs informed the Editorial Office that Beyrək Guliyev, born in 1990, a veteran of the Patriotic War, fired an “AK-74” automatic weapon at his fellow villager, born in 1992, due to personal reasons.
No one was injured in the incident, but a “VAZ-21014” brand car belonging to the individual was damaged.
B. Guliyev was detained by employees of the district police department, and an “AK-74” automatic weapon was seized from him.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the fact, and B. Guliyev, who had previously been repeatedly convicted for various criminal acts, has been arrested.
Investigative measures on the criminal case are ongoing.
