A person engaged in illegal street trade in the center of Baku has been brought to justice.
F. Karimov (initials), born in 2001, who was photographing on the street without the relevant permits and documents on Nigar Rafibeyli Street in Sabail district – near Fountains Square, was detained. It was reported that he reacted aggressively, resisted, and disobeyed by swearing loudly.
A report was drawn up against the person who violated public order at the 9th Police Department of Sabail District Police Office and sent to court.
During the hearing at the Sabail District Court, the 24-year-old photographer stated that he did not know that a relevant permit was required for street trade and expressed regret for violating public order.
The court found him guilty of petty hooliganism and sentenced him to 4 days of administrative arrest. (Qafqazinfo)
