North Korea's military drill reportedly involved 12 ultra-precise 600mm caliber multiple rocket launchers and two artillery battalions. This military exercise aimed to showcase the country's strategic capabilities.

Redaksiya, citing its source, reports that leader Kim, who personally observed the exercise, stated that the test was aimed at "creating a deterrent effect on enemy forces located within a 420-kilometer range and demonstrating the destructive power of tactical nuclear weapons." He also emphasized the importance of all army units conducting high-intensity training that simulates real combat conditions at various levels and demanded full readiness against all provocations.

This event is consistent with information provided by South Korea and Japan that North Korea fired approximately 10 ballistic missiles towards the Sea of Japan (East Sea). North Korean leader Kim had previously, on February 19th, characterized the new 600mm multiple rocket launcher system as "the world's most powerful targeted attack weapon."
