A series of training sessions organized to ensure that employees of local insurance companies provide adequate services to persons with physical disabilities have successfully concluded. According to ASA, the training sessions, held to develop the necessary skills for staff to provide adequate services to persons with physical disabilities at insurance companies, were jointly organized by the Azerbaijan Insurers Association and the ASA Training Center, based on the Azerbaijan Central Bank's strategy for the current year within the framework of the "2026 Action Plan for Increasing Financial Literacy".

In the training sessions, attended by nearly 50 insurers and conducted by the director of the ASA Training Center and professional trainer Parviz Guliyev, participants were taught the rules of conduct with particularly vulnerable population groups, including the advantages and nuances of a social approach over a medical one when serving clients with physical disabilities.

Upon completion of the training, participants were awarded special certificates.

ASA announced that further stages of such training are planned to be organized continuously throughout the current year with the aim of further increasing the accessibility of financial and insurance services for particularly vulnerable populations.
