Mobile services will be provided to citizens in Qazax, Shirvan, Zaqatala, Khachmaz, Jalilabad, and Aghdash from September 1-26; in Khizi from September 1-15; in Khirdalan from September 18-26; in Horadiz from September 1-18; and in Jabrayil from September 22-26.
The main objectives of implementing the Mobile ASAN service are to provide state services to citizens in more convenient, new, and innovative ways, to ensure accessibility for citizens, and to achieve citizen satisfaction.
Mobile ASAN service buses operate 5 days a week from 10:00 to 17:00. The lunch break is from 13:00 to 14:00.
However, the working schedule for Mobile ASAN service buses operating in Horadiz city of Fuzuli district, and in Jabrayil and Khizi districts, is set from 11:00 to 17:00.
