A service vehicle belonging to the State Advertising Agency (ADRA) was also damaged at the "Sədərək" Shopping Center.

It was noted that force was used against employees of the State Advertising Agency on October 13, 2025.
"While performing their official duties in connection with the implementation of the aforementioned legislative acts at the "Sədərək" shopping center, located in Lökbatan settlement, Garadagh district, Baku city, a group of individuals present in the said area at that time grossly violated public order, used force against our employees, and also damaged a service vehicle belonging to the Agency," the statement said.
