The list of targeted individuals consists of citizens deemed "dangerous" by Russia. This list includes the names of political activists, journalists, military personnel, and other public figures. The SBU stated that it is carrying out operations to prevent these plans.
The assassinations were primarily planned to be carried out through explosions, deliberate accidents, or poisoning. Russian special services intended to use their agents within Ukraine or mercenaries brought in from foreign countries to carry out these operations. The SBU has arrested or detained several individuals to expose and prevent these plans.
