“For the 3rd year already, the annual meeting of Azerbaijani NGOs, which serves as a broad discussion platform – the Cooperation Forums – are being organized. Similar forums took place in November 2023 at the Heydar Aliyev Center in Baku, and in June 2024 at the Congress Center in Zangilan. After East Zangazur, the next forum will be held this time in Karabakh.”
This was stated by Ulviyya Garayeva, Public Relations Manager of the Agency for State Support to NGOs.
She said that the forum will be dedicated to the “Year of Constitution and Sovereignty.” U. Garayeva also stated that serious preparations are underway for the VI Development and Exchange Program of NGOs:
“Previous programs were held in Mingachevir, Naftalan, Baku, Nakhchivan, and Shamakhi. For the first time, the organization of this program is planned in the liberated territories.”
