A decision on this matter was made at a meeting of the AFFA Disciplinary Committee.

After the "Qarabağ" – "Sabah" match, which was the central fixture of the XXVIII round of the Misli Premier League, the entry of unauthorized persons from both teams' fan sectors onto the field caused damage to the clubs' budgets. Additionally, since 6 players from "Sabah" received yellow cards, the club was fined an additional 700 manats. The team's player Abdulla Xaybullayev was suspended for 2 games for receiving a direct red card due to a serious foul, and the capital's representative incurred another 1000 manats in damages.

In the "Araz-Naxçıvan" – "Turan Tovuz" match, since unauthorized persons entered the field and this incident occurred for the second time in the current season, the home team was fined 5000 manats. In the same match, as 5 players from the visiting team were penalized with yellow cards, the Tovuz representative was subjected to a 700 manat fine.

In the "Karvan-Yevlax" – "Şamaxı" game, due to the improper organization of the press conference room, meaning a violation of organizational and technical obligations, the Yevlax club was fined 1000 manats.

In the "Kəpəz" – "İmişli" match, the Gəncə club incurred 700 manats in damages because 4 of its members received yellow cards.
