The implementation of Decree No. 718 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On measures for the creation of the "Government Cloud" (G-cloud) and the provision of "cloud" services" continues.

As part of the Decree's implementation, the Karabakh Revival Fund has also joined the ranks of state institutions migrating their information systems and resources to the "Government Cloud".

The Fund's main digital resources have been placed in the Baku Data Center, owned by AzInTelecom LLC, one of the AZCON Holding companies. AzInTelecom has provided the Karabakh Revival Fund with "Virtual Server - IaaS" (Infrastructure-as-a-Service) and "Backup - BaaS" (Backup-as-a-Service) "cloud" services. This has enabled the institution to achieve high accessibility for its critical systems.

It should be noted that within the framework of the "Government Cloud" project, the IT systems of state institutions are being fully or partially migrated to the Baku Main and Yevlax Backup Data Centers owned by AzInTelecom. As a result of the migration, the institutions' current IT expenses are reduced, and the productivity of information systems increases. Thus, improved information security, a stable IT infrastructure, quality service provision, and 24/7 monitoring services are achieved.

AzInTelecom LLC is the first institution in the South Caucasus region to obtain the "TIER III" certificate, which defines international standards for "cloud" services.
