Fines are being established for violating legislative requirements related to the provision of services and performance of works by non-governmental organizations.
The editorial office reports, citing President.az, that this is reflected in the amendment made to the Code of Administrative Offenses approved by President Ilham Aliyev.
According to the new Article 432-1 added to the Code, officials will be fined in the amount of one thousand five hundred manats to two thousand five hundred manats, and legal entities will be fined in the amount of five thousand manats to seven thousand manats, for not submitting contracts on the provision of services or performance of works by a non-governmental organization using foreign financial sources to the body (institution) determined by the relevant executive authority within the deadlines established by law for registration.
Officials will be fined in the amount of two thousand five hundred manats to five thousand manats, and legal entities will be fined in the amount of eight thousand manats to fifteen thousand manats, for the provision of services or performance of works by a non-governmental organization without a contract on the provision of services or performance of works using foreign financial sources, or under such an unregistered contract, or for receiving financial funds and (or) other material assets in connection therewith.
Officials will be fined in the amount of two thousand five hundred manats to five thousand manats, and legal entities will be fined in the amount of five thousand manats to eight thousand manats, for carrying out banking operations and any other operations by non-governmental organizations, or banks and other payment service providers, under a contract on the provision of services or performance of works using foreign financial sources not registered in the manner prescribed by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Non-Governmental Organizations (Public Associations and Funds)".
Officials will be fined in the amount of two thousand five hundred manats to five thousand manats, and legal entities will be fined in the amount of five thousand manats to eight thousand manats, for carrying out banking operations and any other operations by non-governmental organizations, or banks and other payment service providers, under a contract on the provision of services or performance of works using foreign financial sources not registered in the manner prescribed by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Non-Governmental Organizations (Public Associations and Funds)".
