The editorial office reports that on December 12, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, and their daughter Leyla Aliyeva visited the Alley of Honor and paid their respects at the mausoleum of the National Leader of our people, Heydar Aliyev.
President Ilham Aliyev laid a wreath at the mausoleum of the Great Leader.
The State Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was played.
The head of state Ilham Aliyev, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, and their daughter Leyla Aliyeva also commemorated the memory of the Great Leader's spouse, the prominent ophthalmologist-scientist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva, and laid bouquets of flowers on her grave.
The memories of the distinguished statesman Aziz Aliyev and Professor Tamerlan Aliyev were also honored, and bouquets of flowers were placed on their graves.
