Participation in demining activities in cooperation with relevant state bodies (organizations) has been included among the duties of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The editorial office reports, citing President.az, that this is reflected in the amendment to the "Regulation on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan" made by a Decree of President Ilham Aliyev.
A corresponding amendment has also been made to the "Regulation on the Civil Defense Forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan."
