Two bicycles with a total value of 700 manats were stolen in Binagadi and Garadagh districts.
Based on appeals made by residents of the capital to local police authorities, measures were taken, and 48-year-old U. Gahramanov and 36-year-old F. Zeynalov, who was previously convicted, were identified and detained as suspects in the thefts.
An investigation is underway.
