Pavel Durov, the creator of the popular "Telegram" platform, has announced a new, completely confidential blockchain network called "Cocoon," designed for artificial intelligence systems.
The editorial office reports that Durov presented the "Cocoon" project with the aim of protecting privacy and user security in the development of artificial intelligence. According to him, "big tech companies" collect user data through artificial intelligence models, but "Telegram" will apply its own technology against this practice.
The new system will operate on the "TON" basis, and neural networks will be directly integrated into the blockchain. Pavel Durov stated that "Cocoon" will be a platform ensuring complete anonymity and freedom. The project's launch is planned for November.
