"NNC" LLC Clinic Inspected - Operations Suspended

The Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry of Health conducted an inspection at the clinic belonging to “NNC” LLC, which operates as a private medical center.

According to information obtained by “Qafqazinfo”, during the inspection, it was revealed that individuals without medical licenses were engaged in medical activities at the clinic. Due to the violation of law, the clinic's operations have been suspended.

In response to our inquiry, the Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry confirmed the information. It was noted that, in accordance with Articles 16 and 17 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Regulation of Inspections in the Field of Entrepreneurship and Protection of Entrepreneurs' Interests”, an unscheduled (extraordinary) inspection was conducted by the Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry of Health on April 6-7 at the private medical institution “NNS KLİNİKA” LLC, located at 41 Aliyar Aliyev Street, Narimanov district, Baku city: “During the service inspection, since facts of medical activity without a license and the use of unregistered medicinal products were discovered, an administrative penalty measure was chosen against the legal entity, and a protocol on administrative offense was drawn up under Articles 210.1 and 221.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and sent for further proceedings as appropriate.

Additionally, a submission was made to law enforcement agencies with the aim of raising a petition for the suspension of the current operations of the private medical institution belonging to “NNS KLİNİKA” LLC.

A formal appeal was addressed from the Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry of Health to the State Labor Inspectorate Service under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population to determine a position corresponding to the current labor activity's qualification”.
