A district-wide event titled “The Pinnacle of 33 Years: From Stability to Victory” was held by the Neftçala District Organization of the New Azerbaijan Party to mark the 33rd anniversary of the founding conference of the New Azerbaijan Party.
The event was attended by Mirhasan Seyidov, Head of Neftçala District Executive Power, Ulvi Farzaliyev, Chairman of the YAP Neftçala District Organization, and staff members, heads of district departments and enterprises, chairmen of local party organizations, party veterans, active members, and youth.
First, the monument to National Leader Heydar Aliyev, erected in the center of Neftçala city, was visited, wreaths were laid before it, and his memory was honored with respect.
The event began with the playing of the State Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the commemoration of the memory of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev and our heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the territorial integrity and constitutional structure of Azerbaijan.
First to speak, Ulvi Farzaliyev, Chairman of the YAP Neftçala District Organization, congratulated the event participants on the 33rd anniversary of the founding of the New Azerbaijan Party, providing detailed information about the party's history, development stages, and current achievements. He stated that this significant date marked a turning point in Azerbaijan's political history and that the party had gained a leading position on Azerbaijan's political scene in a short period. He emphasized that the party did not limit itself to political activities but also made significant contributions to the formation of national ideology and the strengthening of statehood traditions.
Subsequently, veteran party member Oktay Karimov, history teacher Shahribanu Ahmadova from Jangankand full secondary general education school, and Sevinj Orujova, sister of martyr Khalid Orujov and a young member of YAP, spoke, noting the irreplaceable role of the New Azerbaijan Party in Azerbaijan's political life and its high prestige not only in our country but also in the Caucasus and even worldwide. They emphasized that the daily increase in YAP's ranks and the further strengthening of its social base are clear examples of trust in the ideas of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev and support for the policy of President Ilham Aliyev, Chairman of the New Azerbaijan Party.
Mirhasan Seyidov, Head of Neftçala District Executive Power, spoke and emphasized that under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, who continues the political legacy of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev in a phased manner and with great foresight, the New Azerbaijan Party today plays an exceptional role as a leading force in our country's socio-political life. Over its 33 years of activity, YAP has achieved great successes not only as a political organization but also in strengthening our statehood, increasing social welfare, renovating infrastructure in the regions, and implementing systematic reforms in all areas of society. At the core of the party's ideological line are loyalty to the state, service to citizens, and the protection of national interests, and it is precisely this adherence to these principles that has made YAP recognized today as a reliable, strong, and innovative political force both domestically and internationally.
Additionally, a video clip reflecting the 33-year activity chronicle of the New Azerbaijan Party was shown at the event. The event continued with a musical and artistic program prepared by the Neftçala district representation of the Shirvan-Salyan Regional Culture Department.
Finally, a group of individuals was awarded a “Certificate of Honor for the 33rd anniversary of the founding of the New Azerbaijan Party and active participation in the socio-political life of the district” by the Neftçala District Executive Power and the YAP Neftçala District Organization. Membership cards were presented to newly admitted party members.
The event concluded with the Anthem of the New Azerbaijan Party.
