The composition of the new structure of the Ministry of Culture's Apparatus has been announced.
The current structure includes 13 departments and 4 sectors.
It was stated that after optimization based on the "Azerbaijani Culture – 2040" concept, two new departments, namely Strategic Development and Communication, and Management of Events and Art Projects, as well as a new sector called Financial Monitoring and Audit, have been established.
In total, the Apparatus has established departments for Art Policy, Management of Events and Art Projects, Azerbaijani Language and Literature Policy, International Cooperation, Creative Industries and Digital Development, Strategic Development and Communication, Regional Coordination, Human Capital Management, Economy and Finance, Law, Internal Control, Document and Citizen Relations, and Procurement and Property.
Additionally, the Apparatus of the Ministry of Culture also includes sectors for Film Industry, Financial Monitoring and Audit, Science and Education, Media Relations, and Protocol Services.
It should be recalled that the Ministry of Culture is implementing improvements in cultural management to achieve the goals set out in the "Azerbaijani Culture – 2040" Cultural Concept and to ensure the implementation of tasks under the Concept.
In the first stage, structural improvements were carried out in the apparatus of the Ministry of Culture, and the activities of departments and divisions were optimized to increase efficiency in management and regulate management in cultural fields. (Report)
