The Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Anar Aliyev, familiarized himself with the operations of the New Robotic Rehabilitation Center functioning within the New Clinic.

The meeting was also attended by the Executive Director of TABIB, Vugar Gurbanov, the Director of the New Clinic, Barat Yusubov, and the Head of the New Robotic Rehabilitation Center, Parvin Akbarov.

The Minister was provided with detailed information about the center's infrastructure, the conditions created, and the modern technologies being applied.

Having closely familiarized himself with the center's activities, the Minister noted that the New Robotic Rehabilitation Center holds significant importance for the development of rehabilitation services in the country and the strengthening of the social protection system. He stated that one of the state's main priorities is the prevention of disability, the expansion of rehabilitation opportunities, and the formation of a comprehensive approach in this area.

TABIB Executive Director Vugar Gurbanov informed that robotic rehabilitation technologies significantly increase the effectiveness of the recovery process in cases of severe trauma, spinal cord injuries, strokes, and other functional limitations.

It was stated that through the modern robotic systems, high-precision sensor technologies, and artificial intelligence-based equipment applied at the center, the treatment process is planned according to the individual needs of patients and monitored in real-time.

It was emphasized that such centers will play a crucial role in the social reintegration of war participants, individuals with severe trauma, and those suffering from chronic diseases, while also contributing to a reduction in the number of patients sent abroad for treatment.

The expansion of robotic rehabilitation services in the future, the application of this model in other medical institutions, and the establishment of international cooperation were discussed.

It should be noted that the main goal in establishing the New Robotic Rehabilitation Center is to restore patients' functional independence, improve their quality of life, maximize their mobility, and contribute to reducing the level of disability in the country.
