On September 29, a seminar on “Narrative Building: Effectiveness in Strategic Communication and Public Relations” was organized jointly by the Media Development Agency and ADA University's Professional Development Program for representatives responsible for communication from several state bodies and institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Speaking at the opening, Saida Shafiyeva, Head of the Communication Department of the Media Development Agency, emphasized that the seminar is of great importance for further strengthening cooperation in the field of communication and media, and also serves to enhance the communication potential of state institutions, establish more effective public relations, and formulate approaches in line with modern challenges.

Sevinj Huseynova, Manager of State Programs at ADA University's Professional Development Program, stated in her speech that the seminar on strategic communication is an important experience for participants in terms of integrating both theoretical and practical knowledge, and creates broad opportunities for increasing the professionalism of specialists working in state institutions and implementing innovative approaches.

The seminar was led by Shafag Mehraliyeva, a member of the Supervisory Board of the Media Development Agency and a lecturer in Communication and Digital Media at ADA University. During the presentation, participants were provided with practical information on correctly constructing public narratives, applying strategic approaches, and delivering effective messages to the audience in the communication process.

It was noted during the discussions that in the modern era, communication is not limited to merely transmitting information but also plays a crucial role in strengthening the reputation of state institutions and fostering mutual trust with citizens. In particular, the effective use of digital media tools and the development of a targeted communication policy were highlighted as key conditions for achieving successful outcomes.
