Meeting of the Judicial-Legal Council held

The next meeting of the Judicial-Legal Council was held.

Speaking at the meeting, Inam Karimov, Chairman of the Judicial-Legal Council, provided information on the work carried out to improve the administration of justice in line with modern challenges and increase its efficiency, and highlighted the upcoming goals.

During the meeting, discussions were held on projects related to judicial activity prepared by the Apparatus of the Judicial-Legal Council and its working groups, and the project “Rules for Monitoring in the Courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan” was approved.

Subsequently, Sanan Hajiyev, a member of the Council and head of the Working Group on the Analysis of the Efficiency of Justice in Civil and Commercial Cases, presented information on cases where proceedings in civil and commercial disputes were suspended in the country's courts.

Additionally, Ahliman Khidirov, Chairman of the Judges' Evaluation Committee, informed the Council members about the evaluation of judges' activities.

At the meeting, personnel matters, the election of members to the Judges' Election Committee, and disciplinary proceedings were reviewed, and relevant decisions were adopted.
