A meeting was held at the Media Development Agency (MEDİA) with the Uzbekistan delegation, which is visiting our country to participate in the II Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan Media Forum.

It was stated that during the meeting, Ahmad Ismayilov, Executive Director of the Agency, spoke about the implementation of issues arising from the "Roadmap" for the development of cooperation in the media sector between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, and highlighted the successful development of relations between the two countries in various fields, including the media sphere. He stated that mutual experience and information exchange, the organization of joint projects, as well as initiatives aimed at the development of professional personnel, serve to elevate cooperation to a new level.
Dilshod Saidjanov, head of the Uzbekistan delegation and sector manager of the Communication Department of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, noted that the strategic partnership relations between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan have yielded significant results in the field of media development as well, and emphasized the importance of intensifying information exchange and implementing joint media projects. He stated that traditional media forums are of particular importance for identifying new cooperation opportunities in the media sector between the two fraternal countries and jointly planning future goals.
