According to exclusive information obtained by Gununsesi.info, the system blockage is related to a theft that occurred. According to the information, tens of millions of funds belonging to individuals were stolen as a result of m10 accounts being transferred to the management of other persons.
The process is reported to have been carried out from the USA. According to the information, criminal cases have currently been opened in Azerbaijan's law enforcement agencies, and arrests have been made from m10.
It is reported that these individuals transferred specially protected information and codes to the other party for the remote management of m10.
It should be noted that "PASHA Pay" had issued a statement regarding the difficulties encountered with m10.
It was stated that on the m10 platform, the inflow of funds in certain amounts to some user accounts from foreign "merchants" was recorded. In accordance with security and regulatory requirements, these accounts were temporarily frozen. Currently, the issue is being investigated by m10's relevant teams in accordance with internal procedures, and all operations on m10 have been fully restored.
