The program offers participants practical training opportunities covering modern management approaches. Selected candidates will participate in training sessions led by experienced specialists, work on real-world management examples, benefit from networking and experience exchange opportunities, and also receive individual mentor support. At the end of the program, participants will be awarded official certificates.
