Italy's famous "RAI 1" channel broadcast a report on the application of digital technologies and artificial intelligence solutions in the provision of public services in Azerbaijan.
In the material prepared by journalist Barbara Carfagna, special attention was also given to the activities of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and "ASAN xidmət".
It is noted that there are successful results in achieving citizen satisfaction through the "ASAN xidmət" centers established on the initiative of the President of Azerbaijan and the innovative technologies applied therein.
It is emphasized that more than 400 services are provided in the centers, which have become the main meeting point between state bodies and citizens, and this represents a true vision for the future.
It is also stated that "ASAN xidmət" was awarded the UN Public Service Award in 2015, and this model serves as an example for countries seeking innovations in public administration.
The report provides information on Mobile ASAN service and the "INNOLAND" Incubation and Acceleration Center regarding the application of modern innovative technologies. Initiatives implemented by ASAN volunteers in the field of public service are also mentioned.
