Moroccan lawyer Abdulhak Binkadi, representing the Arab Lawyers Union in the Global Sumud Flotilla, which was formed to lift Israel's blockade on Gaza and deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza, announced that the flotilla's legal and human rights group plans to appeal to the International Criminal Court due to Israeli unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) attacks.

Redaksiya reports that Binkadi stated that the flotilla's legal group will investigate the human rights violations resulting from Israel's UAV attacks and collect evidence regarding them. He also noted that the flotilla's purpose is not only to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza but also to evaluate Israel's actions within the framework of international law and hold it accountable.

Binkadi emphasized that they are trying to gain the support of the international community to ensure the safety of the ships carrying aid to Gaza. He noted that Israel's blockade against Gaza constitutes a gross violation of human rights and stressed the importance of lifting this blockade. The flotilla's legal group plans to wage an international legal battle against Israel's actions by appealing to the International Criminal Court.
