A training on "Artificial Intelligence and Management" was organized for the management staff of the "Innovation Center" of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The main goal of the training was to familiarize managers with the role of artificial intelligence in management, to discover the new opportunities it offers in personal development and team building, and to create conditions for them to learn from each other through experience sharing.
During the training, participants were presented with the latest innovations in artificial intelligence and its practical applications in management. It was noted that artificial intelligence opens up wide opportunities for managers to simplify daily work processes, make more accurate decisions, enhance team management, and strengthen leadership skills. Special attention was drawn to the fact that artificial intelligence is no longer just a tool but also takes on the role of a "digital employee," creating AI-based agents and freeing up managers' time from minor, routine tasks.
