On April 24, Deputy Minister of Science and Education Hasan Hasanli visited Shamakhi district.

Within the framework of the visit, a monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev was visited together with Tahir Mammadov, Head of Shamakhi District Executive Power, and flowers were laid before it.

During the visit, meetings were held with a group of parents and teachers from the Dağlıq Şirvan region.

During the meeting with parents, the results achieved by students and the strengthening of family-school cooperation were discussed.

The Deputy Minister noted that improving students' academic results is a key priority, stating that the results achieved are an indicator of the joint responsibility of the school, the teacher, and the family.

Parents emphasized the importance of strengthening school-student-family cooperation, increasing student motivation, and stimulating students who achieve successful results.

The meeting also highlighted the direct impact of improving the quality of early childhood education, especially kindergarten and primary education, on future outcomes.

A meeting held with the participation of teachers who achieved high results in recruitment and certification exams involved an exchange of views on the professional development of educators, improving teaching quality, assessment criteria, the application of innovative approaches in the educational process, and future goals. At the same time, the implementation of a full-time employment model and the positive impact of the certification process on the quality of education were noted.

In his speech, Hasan Hasanli noted that education workers serve as role models for students through their behavior, emphasizing that this plays a significant role in children's upbringing.

Proposals were also put forward during the meetings regarding increasing the number of STEAM centers in the regions and developing the professional skills of teachers working in inclusive classrooms.

At the conclusion of the meetings, the importance of comprehensive measures to improve the educational environment and strengthen a results-oriented approach was noted.
