A new functionality has been created in the "Labor and Employment" subsystem (EMAS) of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population.
Now, employers will be able to digitally sign not only employment contracts but also other legal documents within the framework of labor relations through the system.
This innovation is based on Article 200 of the Labor Code. According to this article, an employer may conclude a written agreement on full material liability with employees who have reached the age of 18, who are responsible for property and other material assets entrusted to them during the work process, and who participate in operations such as the storage, processing, sale, transportation, and use of these assets.
Thanks to the new functionality, electronic signing of such documents (full material liability agreement, information technology security agreement, commitment agreement, and other additional documents) is possible.
This change not only simplifies document circulation between employer and employee but also contributes to the further expansion of digitalization in labor relations, ensuring transparency and legal accountability.
