Elnara Bakhish has been appointed press secretary of the Electronic Security Service (ETX) under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.
The editorial office reports that Elnara Bakhish graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Baku State University. She worked as a correspondent and presenter on various television channels at different times.
For the last five years, she worked as a senior advisor in the Public Relations Department of TƏBİB's Public Relations and Communication Department.
