The second stage of the competition begins for candidates who successfully passed the test exam held on July 13 for admission to service in justice bodies.
According to information from the Ministry's Press Service, the Competition Commission states that the documents of these individuals have been collected and verified. Starting October 17, interviews will begin in this stage with candidates who meet the requirements specified by the Law "On Service in Justice Bodies".
The interview will be conducted individually at the Ministry's administrative building (address: Baku city, Inshaatchilar Avenue, 1), and each candidate will be informed of its time in advance.
According to legislation, lawyers who succeed based on the competition results will be involved in mandatory training at the Academy of Justice for the purpose of being admitted to professional activity. Candidates who successfully pass the exam at the end of the training will be admitted to service.
