New functionality has been added to the “e-Tabib” mobile application by the State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance, with the aim of promoting public control over the quality of medical services provided to the population through compulsory medical insurance. Users will now be able to evaluate the quality of the medical services they have used by participating in the provided satisfaction survey.
The new section allows citizens to evaluate the medical service they used, the doctor who provided that service, and the medical institution.
To participate in the survey, it is sufficient to go to the “My Applications” section located on the main page of the “e-Tabib” mobile application, then select the medical service and click on the “CMI satisfaction survey” link.
In addition, several other innovations have been introduced in the application:
A “News” section has been added to the main page. Users will be able to familiarize themselves with innovations in the field of compulsory medical insurance here;
An “Educational Stories” section has been launched. This section shares content that promotes a healthy lifestyle and informs users;
The new section titled “Healthy and Safe Pregnancy” contains useful advice and recommendations for pregnant women.
The updated “e-Tabib” mobile application not only contributes to establishing a more transparent and interactive relationship between medical institutions and citizens but also becomes an important tool for monitoring and continuously improving the services provided.
