An Electronic Register of State Services (DXER) will be created in Azerbaijan.
The editorial office reports that President Ilham Aliyev has signed the Law "On State Services" in this regard.
The document states that providers of state services must submit the regulation of a new service to the DXER for inclusion no later than 30 business days from the date the normative legal act establishing the service comes into force.
Information about the services will be sent via an electronic cabinet, authenticated with a fully certified enhanced electronic signature.
The Law also notes that the DXER operator will verify the completeness and accuracy of the information submitted by the service provider within 7 business days and will send an electronic notification to the service provider regarding this.
Any identified deficiencies must be rectified by the service provider and resubmitted to the DXER operator within 7 business days.
