As we reported, amendments have been made to the "Rules for the appointment, calculation, recalculation, transfer from one type to another, and payment of labor pensions".
The editorial office reports, citing the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population (MLSPP), that the new amendment is citizen-oriented and serves to increase citizen convenience and operational efficiency during pension appointments under preferential terms.
It was stated that for individuals working in underground jobs, special fields of art, and jobs with particularly harmful and difficult working conditions, pension appointments at an early age and under preferential terms are carried out based on a certificate provided by the employer for the enterprise where they worked, along with other documents.
According to the new amendment, if it is not possible to provide such a certificate due to the enterprise no longer operating, the individual will be granted early pension rights, and their relevant work period will be included in preferential work experience based on their profession being included in the "List of Productions, Professions, Positions, and Indicators Entitling to Old-Age Labor Pension under Preferential Terms" approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.
The calculation of their preferential field work experience will be based on the record in the extract of labor contracts from the "Labor and Employment" subsystem, or in other cases, on the record in the labor book or a certificate from the State Archive.
Furthermore, with the new Decision, for individuals receiving a service supplement and continuing to work, when calculating their labor pension, the higher amount between the pension calculated based on salary or pension capital will be awarded to the citizen.
It was noted that other amendments have also been made to the "Rules for the appointment, calculation, recalculation, transfer from one type to another, and payment of labor pensions" for the purpose of improvement and adaptation.
