These include killing, causing serious bodily and mental harm, imposing measures intended to prevent births, and other acts. The Commission demanded that Tel Aviv stop the genocide and punish those responsible.
At the same time, the Israeli army announced that it had launched a new military operation in Gaza with the aim of "destroying Hamas infrastructure." The army's statement reiterated the warning to Gaza residents regarding evacuation.
