Footage disseminated regarding a car driven without a registration plate in the capital's Sabail district has been investigated.
Through investigations by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, war veteran E.Xəlilov, who was driving a "Changan" brand vehicle with state registration plate 77-EX-*, was identified and detained.
Police officers drew up a protocol against the driver under the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Offenses, and responsibility measures in accordance with the legislation were taken against him.
