A resident of the capital's Surakhani district reported to the police that his “MG” brand car had been stolen by an unknown person.
Through measures carried out by police officers, V. Jabiyev, suspected of stealing the vehicle, was identified and detained. The car was returned to its owner.
An investigation is underway.
