A delegation consisting of representatives from the Azerbaijan Insurers Association (ASA) and the leadership of local insurance companies participated in the “Innovation and Training Program” held in San Francisco, USA.
According to information from the Azerbaijan Insurers Association, within the framework of the visit organized by ASA, the local delegation attended a special training program held at Stanford University. In addition to the training sessions, participants became closely acquainted with the university's innovation ecosystem.
Within the program, the delegation visited influential international companies such as Google, Meta, and Apple, gaining extensive information about these organizations' innovation approaches and technological development directions.
The delegation of Azerbaijani insurers also participated in a training on “SCRUM” technology, dedicated to agile management approaches in software development. Within the framework of this training, opportunities for more agile and effective software development in the insurance sector were discussed.
During the visit, meetings were also held with innovative startup companies. In this context, presentations were heard and discussions were held at meetings organized at “Stack AI” and “Further AI” companies regarding the application of artificial intelligence in the insurance field, particularly in risk assessment, customer services, and automation.
