The Azerbaijani Army has for the first time unveiled the Chinese-made FD-2000B (HQ-9B) anti-aircraft missile system. The system has been integrated into the army's arsenal to strengthen the country's air defense capabilities.
The editorial office reports that the FD-2000B system is capable of striking targets at a range of up to 300 kilometers. The complex can simultaneously track and destroy multiple aerial targets — aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles, and cruise missiles.
According to experts, the deployment of this system will significantly enhance Azerbaijan's strategic airspace defense.
