In the first 3 months of 2026, licenses were granted to 3 LLCs, while licenses issued to 3 other LLCs were revoked.

It was reported that in January 2026, "Azercell Telekom" LLC was granted universal platform operator and on-demand broadcasting service provider licenses (under the service name "Kinon"), and the platform broadcaster license issued to "Neftçi Media" LLC, which does not carry out satellite broadcasting, was revoked.

"In February, "Kinobox" LLC was granted an on-demand broadcasting service provider license (service name "Kinobox"), and "Mahnı" LLC was granted a platform broadcaster license that does not carry out satellite broadcasting (television channel name: "Mahnı TV"). In March, the universal platform operator licenses issued to "Rahat Telecom" LLC and "SN Telecom" LLC were revoked," the information stated.
